Credit
is available contingent upon your credit profile
with Experian Inc.

| Shipping Orders |
|
1.
Minimum order quantities of $250.
2.
Orders of $250 will be delivered freight free within
our market areas.
Call the store nearest you for
free freight zone.
3.
Orders less than $250 will ship U.P.S. freight and
an additional handling
charge will be added to
the order.
4.
Merchandise returned for the customers convenience
must be
returned freight prepaid. Moreover, a 10%
restocking charge will apply.
5.
Customers who refuse C.O.D. orders resulting in a
return will be
invoiced for both outgoing and return
freight charges.

Special Orders
For items not normally stocked by Kelly Paper Company:

1.
Minimum order quantities of $100 excluding special
inks.
2.
A deposit (minimum of 25% and up to 100%) will be
required prior to
entering the order depending on the item requested
and prearranged
credit terms.
3.
On special making orders, customers must allow for a
20% over or
under run which is required by the
mills.
4.
All special order quotes are valid for 24 hours
only.
5.
All sales on special merchandise are final. No
returns will be allowed
on these items.

No merchandise can be returned without our consent and
the original
invoice or sales receipt. Merchandise returned for the
customers
convenience will be subject to a 10% restocking
charge. Moreover,
merchandise must be in original mill wrappers and
cartons. Paper that
has been specially cut, drilled and/or round cornered
is not returnable. |
| Claims & Adjustments
|
When
merchandise is suspect for any reason, all mill
identification
numbers and samples clearly
displaying the problem must be submitted
for review
by the manufacturer. If it is acknowledged that the
product is
defective, Kelly Paper
Company. will make
every effort to equitably
settle the complaint to
your satisfaction; however, our liability must be
limited to the manufacturers settlement. |
| Sales to Resale
Customers

Unless
your Resale Card has been submitted and is on file,
all purchases
will be assessed sales tax, when applicable. |

Company reserves the right to guarantee all checks
through
Equifax. |
